R. Brandon Moore was born in Fort Worth, Texas in 1977. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas in 2002, and in Arkansas in 2003. He attended law school at Baylor University and received his J.D., magna cum laude in 2002. At Baylor Law School, Mr. Moore was Notes and Comments Editor and Executive Editor on the Baylor Law Review and was a member of the National Mock Trial Team. He attended college at Pepperdine University and received his B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude in 1999. He is a member of the Denton County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Arkansas, American Bar Association, Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section Member and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
Mr. Moore has worked in several different areas of law and has experience in handling matters involving real estate law, business law, title work and closing services, personal injury law, toxic torts, business formation, small estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, contract negotiating and drafting, document preparation for real estate transactions, and acting as general counsel for small businesses.
Mr. Moore is also a licensed REALTOR and Mortgage Broker. His experience working as a REALTOR and as Mortgage Broker, as well as advising and working with REALTORS and Mortgage Brokers and Loan Officers, truly gives him insight and perspective into real estate transactions others do not have since he has been on all sides of real estate transactions and has actually stood in the shoes of all Parties.
